Jim has been practicing law for more than 40 years and brings immeasurable experience and expertise to our firm in the areas of construction, surety, personal injury and complex commercial disputes. He has provided advice and counsel on a wide variety of construction and surety related issues to owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties and insurance carriers.
He has litigated numerous cases to verdict and has resolved a wide range of contested matters through the mediation and the alternative dispute resolution process. Jim also presides over private mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Early in his legal career, Jim served as corporate counsel and regional manager for a large building products/construction contracting company and is a former Assistant Essex County Prosecutor.
