Brett is a Partner in the firm whose practice includes litigation on behalf of individuals, businesses, and institutional clients. He joined Blick Law LLC as an Associate following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Vincent J. Militello, J.S.C. and was promoted to Partner in 2025.
In law school Brett served as a member of the Rutgers School of Law - Newark Community and Transactional Law Clinic where he provided counsel and guidance to local entrepreneurs and business owners relating to startup, incorporation, and general legal matters. He also served as a staff editor and research and technology editor for the Womens’ Rights Law Reporter.
During his tenure with the firm Brett has resolved countless contested matters and tried numerous cases to conclusion.
